The skin is our largest sensory organ. Through it, we experience warmth, physical contact, and well-being. Your baby develops particularly well in the early stages through your loving touch. Massaging your baby is also enjoyable for both of you. And that's not all. It also relaxes them, promotes restful sleep, and can help relieve gas and colic.
The aim of the course is not only to learn baby massage, but also to receive tips that help children develop their motor skills and support their five senses. It can also be an opportunity to share experiences about the changes life with a baby during the first year, when everything is new and different.
Please bring comfortable clothing, 2 towels, 1 washcloth and changing supplies, and don't forget your baby's favorite oil!
