All counseling services are anonymous and free of charge and guarantee the highest level of data protection.
The counselling services offered by bke-Onlineberatung are provided in cooperation with local educational and family counselling centers, which are run by various municipal and independent organizations. These centers delegate professionals to bke-Onlineberatung for a minimum of five hours per week.

The participating counselors possess comprehensive professional qualifications, including a degree in psychosocial sciences, additional therapeutic training, and several years of professional experience in educational counseling. A multi-day training course, covering both professional and technical aspects of bke's online counseling service, forms the basis for their work.
