Naturalization guides are German citizens and at least 18 years old. A migration background is not a requirement. The guides speak with Bremen residents interested in naturalization about their concerns and the consequences of such a step.
The naturalization advisors receive training from the highest authority, the immigration office. The work is voluntary; the advisors receive an allowance and a certificate for their advisory services.

Consultations are available three days a week, and additionally, if desired, we can connect you with so-called naturalization guides. They support and accompany interested individuals on their journey in their native language.
