- We provide information about benefits, obligations and entitlements in the event of unemployment, receipt of citizen's allowance, social assistance and basic income support
- We support you in the application process, review of decisions and the formulation of appeals
- We help to clarify misunderstandings with the authorities and to resolve conflicts
- We offer support and information on career guidance, employment and further education
- We inform employees who are at risk of unemployment
- We provide information and support regarding entitlements and applications for other social benefits (housing benefit, parental allowance, child supplement, maintenance advance, etc.)
- We offer one-stop information on a wide range of related topics
