The Fabel course is a family-oriented baby-parent program offered as a group course for parents, mothers or fathers and their babies from the 6th to the 10th week of life, throughout the entire first year. It is led by a certified family support worker from the Society for Birth Preparation, Family Education and Women's Health (GfG) and is divided into three blocks of 10 sessions each.
The course offers
- a stimulating and protected environment where babies can move around naked and freely in the warm room at their own pace of development
- Play and sensory activities, songs and observation tasks for parents
- Information and exchange on important topics such as breastfeeding, sleep rhythm, nutrition, childhood illnesses, feelings, organization of everyday life, changes in the partnership, sibling relationships, working with a child.

The course takes place over 30 sessions (3 x 10 sessions) spread throughout the year.
Cost: 90 euros for a total of 30 appointments.
