For young people aged 14 to 20
Doubting yourself from time to time is part of growing up. This isn't always a sign of mental illness, as experiencing highs and lows is perfectly normal and a part of life.
But difficult phases shouldn't last forever. Problems with friends, family, or at school are often triggers or causes of emotional distress. Early intervention can prevent initial signs of distress from developing into mental health issues.

- You have problems with motivation and concentration.
- You are burdened by emotional states such as anger, sadness, or fear.
- You have unclear physical symptoms.
- You can no longer sleep, nightmares occur.
- you don't want to go to school anymore.
- You hurt yourself or think about it.
- You have problems with love and sex.
- You're worried about your eating habits.
- You don't like your body.
- You have questions about dealing with your own gender identity.
- You can no longer control your use of alcohol, drugs, or media.
The therapy
In analytical and psychodynamic psychotherapy, we assume that psychological conflicts often underlie symptoms of illness.
In treatment, you will be supported in expressing, understanding, and resolving these psychological conflicts through therapeutic dialogue. New solutions and behaviors can be developed within the therapeutic relationship. An individualized treatment plan will be created for this purpose.
