Group program for primary school children with mentally ill/stressed parents
Do you feel the same way…?
- That your parents are sometimes so "weird" and you don't know why?
- That you don't like bringing other children home?
- Do you feel overwhelmed by the situation at home?
- That you hear words like borderline, psychosis, or depression and don't know what they mean?
Then you're not alone!
You are warmly invited to join our group together with other children,
- to have fun and laugh
- Asking questions about mental illness and getting an answer
- to be creative
- to talk about it when you are sad, angry, or happy
- to eat, drink, and make yourself feel good
