Are you or a family member having problems with alcohol, drugs, or medication? Do you want to make a change? We offer information, advice, and can connect you with other support services.
The first and often most difficult step is overcoming your fear and contacting us. Once you've taken this step, we can work with you to determine which support services are right for you. We are also a point of contact for family members, interested individuals, and businesses.
Our consultation is free of charge. We help you regardless of nationality or religious affiliation. Our staff are bound by confidentiality; absolute discretion is guaranteed.

Our help:
- We provide information and advice to people with addictions who want to make a change.
- Together with you, we will find the best therapy for you.
- We offer outpatient addiction rehabilitation.
- We help you to solidify your abstinence and develop new perspectives.
- We provide training on topics such as stress management and relapse prevention.
- We carry out preventative work and organize early intervention.
Bremen Therapy Network
Addiction rehabilitation – what is it? The Bremen Therapy Network is a cooperation between the Caritas Association Bremen e. V., the Caritas Association for the Diocese of Osnabrück e. V. and the Bassum Specialist Clinic.
We offer medical rehabilitation for people with addictions and help you to maintain your abstinence sustainably with the help of addiction therapy. The costs and services are usually covered by the German Pension Insurance and statutory health insurance funds. We will assist you with the application process.
