Our parent cafés are a group offering aimed at parents who, in the context of their parental responsibilities towards their children, are facing acute or recurring challenges and would like to exchange ideas with other parents.
The group is accompanied by systemic family therapists.
Examples of topics and goals include:
- To resolve recurring conflict situations in a goal-oriented and solution-oriented manner
- To reflect on and change one's own behavior and parenting patterns
- To advise each other in order to confidently and safely adapt one's own parenting style
- Development of resources and solution strategies
- Effective communication structures
- Developing rules that avoid ambiguity and lack of structure
