Singing during pregnancy is beneficial for body, mind, and spirit. Singing, as the language of the inner self, the heart, and the soul, can be supportive and strengthening during this time. Singing is often experienced as particularly invigorating and joyful.
Singing also gives pregnant women the opportunity to establish a special, harmonious connection with their baby. Better than any well-intentioned CD, you can give your child warmth, security, and affection, and strengthen your bond. The course is open to all women who enjoy singing and requires no prior musical skills or knowledge.
