Childbirth is one of the most important moments in a woman's and a couple's life. That's why we want to support you as expectant mothers and future parents in preparing for the birth of your child in the best possible way.
We will discuss all your questions about pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period, as well as your worries and fears.
Every part of the birth process is explained so that you get a comprehensive overview of the birth procedure.
The most important topics we will discuss together are:
- Course of the last weeks of pregnancy
- Types of contractions, pain, and what you can do about them
- Nutrition during pregnancy
- When should you go to the hospital, what should you bring, and what is important in the days before the birth?
- Spontaneous birth and its phases
- Birthing positions, type of massage during childbirth
- Gymnastics and breathing exercises
- Postpartum period, especially breastfeeding, examinations of the child, aftercare
- Cesarean section and complicated births
- Other topics you would like to discuss
