For young people aged 16 and over
This support service is aimed at young people and young adults between 16 and 20 years of age (up to the completion of their 21st year of life) who, in their transition to independence, require socio-educational advice, support and promotion in key areas.
If the young people cannot remain in their family of origin, this outpatient service may also provide support in finding accommodation and then usually accompanies them in their own living space for a longer period of time.
The prerequisite and basis is the willingness to take responsibility and actively participate.
Of course, this help can also be supplemented by group activities in sports, culture and leisure.
