Type of offer: Online offer, consultation offer, telephone-only offer

Conflicts are a part of life. They shake what we trust. They make a new beginning possible.

You can contact us if you have problems in your partnership or family, or if you don't know what to do next.

During the pandemic, two new forms of counseling emerged: video and telephone consultations. You now have the option of accessing psychological counseling from home via a secure video portal or by telephone. This means you no longer need to come to the counseling center in person if you are unable or unwilling to do so.

We offer:

  • Individual consultation
  • Couples counseling
  • Family counseling
  • Parenting advice

Psychological counseling provided by the Protestant Church can help you with:

  • to find answers to their questions
  • to develop solutions for their conflicts and problems
  • The ability to learn to live with unsolvable conflicts.

In an initial consultation, concerns and possible goals of the consultation are discussed.

  • Our discussions are confidential (we are bound by confidentiality).
  • A session typically lasts 60 minutes.
  • We offer counseling based on depth psychology and systemic principles.
  • Consultation processes can vary in length.
  • We provide advice regardless of religious affiliation or worldview

Here's how it works:

Registration is done by telephone via our secretariat: 0421 333563.

When you call, please let us know that you would prefer a consultation via video or telephone. You will then be given an appointment for the consultation to take place.

For video consultations, you will receive an email before the appointment with the information and details for logging into the video portal.

It is also possible to come to the counselling center for the first time to get to know each other personally and then continue the counselling via video or telephone, or to start with a video or telephone counselling and then come to the counselling center in person.
