It connects families with supervised activities offered by various Bremen clubs, youth centers, and cultural, sports, and educational institutions.
“Holidays don’t have to be completely planned out. But especially for working parents, it’s important to know that their children are well cared for. The holiday guide helps find activities that suit the family – and in the best-case scenario, children discover something they really enjoy or make new friends,” says Barbara Peper from the Bremen family network.

What's right for my child? Instead of searching through numerous individual websites and programs, families can find a variety of activities in one place using the Bremen Holiday Compass. The search can be refined by criteria such as age, time period, district, cost, and theme. Inclusive activities for children with disabilities and free activities are also clearly marked. Those who already have a specific idea in mind can search using keywords.
Registration takes place directly with the respective providers. Families can also find out there whether there are still places available and what they need to know to participate.
