Specialsitter Bremen is a social service provider that has been working in Bremen since 2021 to promote greater inclusion and equal opportunities. We provide outpatient, individualized support to children and young adults with physical, intellectual, and/or mental disabilities, strengthening their self-determination and helping them to participate equally in social life.
As an outpatient care service for children and young adults with disabilities or chronic illnesses, Specialsitter Bremen aims to find a solution for every situation and individual need, thereby empowering clients to live independently and relieving the burden on family members. Raising a child with increased support needs should be as easy as any other everyday task. This is impossible without a strong team.

- Ideally, you have experience in social or helping professions as well as in working with people with disabilities.
- Ideally, candidates will have completed or are currently enrolled in training or studies in the social field (e.g., social work, special education, education, therapeutic care, speech therapy, occupational therapy, social assistance or integration assistance).
- Knowledge of social support systems and relevant legal frameworks is advantageous.
