Buying secondhand not only saves money but also conserves resources. A visit to children's flea markets is especially worthwhile for families: clothes, toys, and books get a second life – often at low prices and in good condition. On a trip to the flea market together, families can stroll, browse, and discover exciting things.

The flea market season in Bremen has begun – and families have plenty of opportunities to browse, sell, and discover treasures. Whether it's children's clothing, toys, books, or little gems for the nursery: at Bremen's many children's and family flea markets, you can shop sustainably and often save a lot of money. Besides the large markets like the piccolino market at the Bremen Exhibition Center, the Piratini market in the Weserpark shopping center, or the "Noellino" flea market at the Roland Center, the colorful flea markets held at daycare centers, family centers, clubs, or community centers with numerous stalls under the open sky are also popular.

Popular weekend outings in Bremen include the Sunday flea market at Bürgerweide (summer) and at Hansa-Carrée (spring and autumn), and on Saturdays (except during events) the large Weser flea market on the banks of the Weser River. Smaller neighborhood and street flea markets also invite visitors to browse – often with coffee, cake, and activities for children. Those who wish to sell their own goods will find straightforward options for setting up a stall at many markets.
