Holiday program for children aged 8 and over
Have you always wanted to try aerial acrobatics? Then this workshop is perfect for you.
Gymnastics on the trapeze and rings, and climbing on the aerial silks are all part of this workshop. Of course, a good warm-up is included to prevent injuries and strengthen your muscles.
Two experienced trainers from the CircusTheater Tohuwabohu explain the first movements on the aerial apparatus step by step and help you where needed.
Suitable for beginners and advanced users.
Workshop 1:
August 3rd and 4th, 2026 (Mon+Tue), 9:00 – 11:00 am each day
Workshop 2:
August 3rd and 4th, 2026 (Mon+Tue), 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM each day
Location: Circus rooms in the Bürgerhaus Vegesack, Kircheide 49, Level A (basement).
