Holiday workshop for children aged 7-10 years
Trainer Andrea Ney lovingly and respectfully shows the maximum of 12 participating children how to assert their verbal and physical boundaries, thereby strengthening their self-confidence. Through movement exercises, role-playing, and the use of their voices, the children practice different situations and how to react to them.
Please bring something to drink, something to eat, as well as comfortable clothing and sneakers or non-slip socks.
