Summer holiday course for girls aged 8-12

How can I better assess and avoid dangers? What can I do to confidently defend myself against larger and stronger attackers? In this holiday program, you'll learn to recognize your own boundaries, communicate them clearly, and defend them if necessary. You'll try out simple escape and self-defense techniques, improve your self-awareness and awareness of others, and put what you've learned into practice through role-playing, coordination exercises, and partner training.
