German Scout Association (BDP)
The children's and youth center at Hulsberg is an old Bremen house over 100 years old, located on the edge of the eastern suburbs, which has been used by the BDP for youth association work since the early 1980s.
We offer young people support in developing, organizing, and implementing political, artistic, cultural, environmental, or experiential education projects in a self-determined and independent manner. We also collaborate with schools, particularly for seminars and workshops. During school holidays, we offer special projects, trips, and camps for children and teenagers.
The rooms of the BDP House at Hulsberg are used today for a wide variety of activities by different people and groups: be it for seminars, workshops, acrobatics, parties, concerts, bicycle repairs, building, crafting, project preparation, self-organized group meetings, or simply as an open meeting place for children and young people. In addition, a band room is available for young musicians to rehearse.
