We are grateful for praise, criticism and suggestions, we take your complaints very seriously and a trusting collaboration is very important to us.

Our citizen advisory service is happy to assist you with your personal concerns and offers general, guiding support for questions or problems in the areas of early childhood education, general and vocational schools and lifelong learning.

Together, we will try to find solutions, resolve the problem, or refer you to a suitable counseling and support service. If we are unable to help you directly, you will receive feedback as soon as possible.

We will openly and clearly object to any discriminatory and inhumane statements made.
