The Democracy Centre of the State of Bremen is responsible for the implementation of the federal program “Democracy Live! Active against Right-Wing Extremism, Violence and Misogyny” funded by the Federal Ministry of Education, Family, Seniors, Women and Youth in the State of Bremen.
The Democracy Center works on issues of right-wing extremism and group-based hostility, as well as Islamist extremism and anti-Muslim racism. It coordinates a comprehensive range of advisory services for those affected, those seeking advice, and interested parties
The Democracy Centre of the State of Bremen coordinates advisory services for the following target groups:
- Parents and relatives of adolescents and young adults who are in a process of turning towards right-wing extremism or religiously motivated extremism
- Victims of right-wing, racist and anti-Semitic violence as well as group-based hostility
- civil society organizations
- private individuals
- Pursue
- authorities
- Dropouts
- Professionals and multipliers
The consultations are free of charge, confidential and anonymous upon request.
