Children, young people, parents, and other caregivers can contact the city's counseling centers for children, young people, and families with any personal or family-related questions. These can include, for example, questions about development, upbringing, (family) conflicts, or separation and divorce.

The counselors typically discuss very personal experiences and feelings that require a safe and confidential environment. Therefore, all counselors are bound by professional confidentiality. Counseling is free of charge and available in other languages ​​(with the support of interpreters who are also bound by confidentiality). Anonymous counseling is also possible upon request. We are a team of professionals from the fields of social work, education, psychology, and psychotherapy.
