These can include, for example, questions about development, upbringing, (family) conflicts, or separation and divorce.

The counselors typically discuss very personal experiences and feelings that require a safe and confidential environment. Therefore, all counselors are bound by professional confidentiality. Counseling is free of charge and available in other languages ​​(with the support of interpreters who are also bound by confidentiality). Anonymous counseling is also possible upon request. The team consists of professionals from the fields of social work, education, psychology, and psychotherapy.
