We prepare women for the job market

For over 20 years, we have been supporting women with expertise and innovative approaches to enable them to successfully enter the world of work.

We are an intercultural team of dedicated and competent consultants with very different training and areas of expertise, who all have one thing in common: to show women, regardless of age, nationality or social background, how they can use their opportunities in the job market on an equal basis.

How we work

In our consultations, an appreciative attitude is our top priority – we approach the women openly and positively, regardless of the issues they bring to us.

The initial individual consultation focuses on identifying what will help the women in their personal situations. We will begin by clarifying with you which questions are most important to you:

Which career goal is the right one?

Are you planning to start your own business? Do you have training needs, and if so, how can they be financed? Then we'll get into the details. Step by step, we'll work with you to develop practical action plans.

All of this takes place against the backdrop of your individual, biographical, and cultural background. Because that's what defines us: we work systemically, meaning we make connections visible. Together, we'll find a solution tailored to your personal situation.

Every woman leaves the counseling center with a concrete plan for her next steps. During the consultation, a great deal of time was taken for me; I was listened to attentively, questions were asked, and scenarios were discussed.

Our consulting services are aimed at all women who want to reorient themselves in the world of work, change careers, or become self-employed.

The range of topics is broad – we are happy to help with our experience and expertise.
Our intercultural team also offers consultations in Turkish, English, French, Spanish, and Hungarian.

In addition to our traditional women's counselling services, we participate in various time-limited projects. These are usually collaborations with other organizations, meaning we have a clear goal within an overall project.
