Open meeting place with sports pedagogy support

The Fit•point is an open, sports-pedagogically supervised meeting place in the new exercise hall on Pfälzer Weg, run by Petri & Eichen, diaconal children's and youth services Bremen gGmbH. Here, children and young people can meet to be physically active in the surrounding open spaces or in the new sports hall and to try out different sports activities.

premises

The movement hall is divided into three parts. Separated by a flexible wall, it consists of a 330 sq m hall area, a 220 sq m warm-up hall and an equally large movement landscape.

There is also sports and games equipment available for hire: football, handball, volleyball, basketball, table tennis rackets, jump ropes, badminton and street chess.

Offer

The Fit•point team plans a variety of sports activities for and with children, teenagers and adults interested in sports, e.g. mother-child gymnastics, basketball, handball, table tennis, badminton and gymnastics.

The movement area is operated by Fit•point and is the main attraction. With a completely new offering in Bremen's east side, it aims to playfully convey and promote the joy of movement in an imaginative way for preschool and primary school children.

Interesting and specially manufactured gymnastic elements encourage children to climb, run, roll, hop, spin, hurl, balance, swing and jump with joy and enthusiasm.

Fit•point offers play and exercise classes for groups, primarily from Tenever, in its movement area. On weekends, the movement area can be used upon request for events such as birthday parties and other private groups.
