Garten jeEDEN is a specific service for adults with mental illness
On three adjacent allotment garden plots in the Waller Feldmark, up to 15 people are supervised and guided weekly by social education professionals.
The care team, supplemented by a gardener, develops individual support services, depending on the abilities, skills, or wishes of those affected.
Care goals are developed together with the users, and these are regularly reviewed, checked and adjusted.
The range of services extends from supported employment to a transition into an employment relationship subject to social security contributions.
