The Gröpelinger Recycling Initiative e. V. offers job and training opportunities at various locations in Bremen.
The central goal is to offer our employees prospects for employment that enables them to secure their livelihood. By providing equal employment opportunities for men and women, we aim to promote the social integration of people.
The primary goal of GRI is to promote the integration of participants into the primary labor market. If this overarching goal cannot be directly achieved with individual participants, the focus shifts to initiating steps towards this goal by systematically working to reduce individual barriers to employment with socio-educational support.
In accordance with this guiding principle, GRI, as a labor market policy service provider, offers structures that have been built up and are successful over many years and have been continuously developed further.
