Neighborhood development

Your first point of contact for all questions regarding neighborhood development, projects, funding, and events are always the neighborhood managers directly on site. They are employed by the Office for Social Services and assigned to the social centers. Their offices are located in the neighborhood centers or other central locations within the WiN areas.

For the areas receiving funding under the state program "Lively Neighborhoods," special neighborhood coordinators have been appointed. These coordinators are employees of independent organizations who have been commissioned by the Senator for Labor, Social Affairs, Youth and Integration to provide neighborhood support for the LLQ areas.

Grohn

The neighborhood management office is located in the Dünenwind community center, directly in the Grohner Düne area, and is primarily frequented by residents of the area. It serves as a point of contact for all questions and suggestions from residents relating to life in and around the Grohner Düne.

Furthermore, the coordination of the "Living in Neighborhoods/Social City" and "LOS" programs takes place here. The office is staffed Monday through Friday.
