Neighborhood development

Your first point of contact for all questions regarding neighborhood development, projects, funding, and events are always the neighborhood managers directly on site. They are employed by the Office for Social Services and assigned to the social centers. Their offices are located in the neighborhood centers or other central locations within the WiN areas.

For the areas receiving funding under the state program "Lively Neighborhoods," special neighborhood coordinators have been appointed. These coordinators are employees of independent organizations who have been commissioned by the Senator for Labor, Social Affairs, Youth and Integration to provide neighborhood support for the LLQ areas.

Tenever

The neighborhood management office is located in the office of the Tenever project group, in the middle of the focus area (high-rise housing estate), in a side street off Otto-Brenner-Allee.

The project group is the contact point for interested project sponsors who want to develop and achieve something for the neighborhood within the framework of the funding programs. Naturally, the neighborhood management team invites all residents to come by with any problems or concerns, as well as with suggestions for shaping the future of their neighborhood, and to contribute their ideas to the neighborhood process.

Usually, someone is available on-site during the day on weekdays. If you want to be sure that we are not out, you are welcome to make an appointment with us!
