Neighborhood development

Your first point of contact for all questions regarding neighborhood development, projects, funding, and events are always the neighborhood managers directly on site. They are employed by the Office for Social Services and assigned to the social centers. Their offices are located in the neighborhood centers or other central locations within the WiN areas.

For the areas receiving funding under the state program "Lively Neighborhoods," special neighborhood coordinators have been appointed. These coordinators are employees of independent organizations who have been commissioned by the Senator for Labor, Social Affairs, Youth and Integration to provide neighborhood support for the LLQ areas.

Hemelingen

The neighborhood management office is located in the WiN office in the heart of the Hinter den Ellern development area. It serves as the first point of contact for interested project sponsors, associations, and institutions that want to develop and achieve something for the neighborhood within the framework of funding programs. Of course, the neighborhood management office is also available to residents with problems, concerns, or suggestions. And good ideas for the neighborhood are always welcome!

Usually, someone is available on-site during the day on weekdays. If you want to be sure that we are not out, you are welcome to make an appointment by phone!
