Furthermore, it can also involve assistance with finding accommodation or ensuring the long-term preservation of the apartment.

Other offers
We offer further "support services for parenting" for children and their families. We assist them in their parenting responsibilities, coping with everyday problems, resolving conflicts and crises, and in their interactions with government agencies and institutions. We provide help to empower them to help themselves.
Transition to integration assistance according to SGB IX
Based on our experience in educational work with psychiatric disorders within youth services, we also support transition processes into supported living (qualified assistance) within the framework of integration assistance for individuals with psychiatric conditions, addictions, substance abuse, and cognitive impairments. The Initiative for Social Rehabilitation (www.izsr.de) can then offer longer-term support in these areas beyond the scope of youth services for adult users.
To be accepted into an outpatient program, a personal consultation is required first; please contact us by phone or email for this purpose.
