We operate on an appointment-only basis. Please schedule an appointment before each visit so that we can organize the practice's workflow to minimize your waiting time. In urgent cases (pain, feverish child, etc.), you will, of course, always receive an appointment on the same day. For less urgent matters, we can usually offer you an appointment within a few days.

Preventive health check-ups (especially U8, U9, and the J1 adolescent health check-up) are time-consuming and require advance planning. Therefore, please remember to schedule your appointment well in advance. You can find the recommended vaccinations and their corresponding intervals on our vaccination schedule, which we will gladly provide. If we are unable to answer the phone immediately, we will return your call as soon as possible. Our competent staff are, of course, always available to advise you.

You will receive the "Welcome to the Family" folder at your 3rd preventive medical check-up!
