KiTa Bremen is a municipal enterprise of the city of Bremen. As Bremen's largest provider of childcare, it cares for around 9,000 children in 90 children's and family centers – or "KuFZ" for short.
Bremen's municipal children's and family centers: The team of 2,500 employees works in the areas of education, housekeeping & hygiene, and central administration. KiTa Bremen works in close coordination with the Senator for Children and Education.

- The daycare center (KiTa Krippe) offers children under 3 years old

Social development in mixed-age groups with age-appropriate educational opportunities, balanced nutrition and individual support make children strong and curious about lifelong learning. - The after-school care program for children aged 6 to 10 offers
play, fun, opportunities to meet friends, supervised homework assistance, and balanced nutrition to ensure a good start to school life. Close cooperation with the school and parents is a given. - KiTa Treff,
open to children up to 14 years old and families. A place for play and relaxation, for chatting and homework. A space for friendship and participation, security and guidance. - The KiTa Familie program, which focuses on family support, emphasizes
that strong families are essential for children to start life happy, content, and successful. Our programs offer suggestions and assistance with the diverse challenges of everyday family life.
