Association for Initiatory Education of Men and Boys

We support men in exploring their own sexual, familial, and professional identity and their understanding of their roles. The goal is for men to achieve equal relationships with women and men in both their private and public lives.

Furthermore, the association aims to support boys in developing and coping with their becoming men and to enable them to live democratic and non-violent forms of social relationships.

We want to achieve this through:

• Information, education and advice for men and boys
• Conducting lectures and seminars
• Advising institutions and organizations on issues specific to men
• Further training for volunteers and professionals.

In this sense, we carry out our own projects and support corresponding initiatives.

We are a group of men active in a wide variety of professions who have undergone an intensive and enriching initiation process. This experience gave rise to our desire and will to create a space, especially for young men, to experience their own masculine competencies.

To support the implementation of this wish through actions, events and projects, the association MÄNNERSACHE eV was founded.

The association offers the opportunity to financially support our own and other projects that comply with the association's statutes through donations and sponsorships.
