District: Blumenthal

Neighborhood development

Your first point of contact for all questions regarding neighborhood development, projects, funding, and events are always the neighborhood managers directly on site. They are employed by the Office for Social Services and assigned to the social centers. Their offices are located in the neighborhood centers or other central locations within the WiN areas.

For the areas receiving funding under the state program "Lively Neighborhoods," special neighborhood coordinators have been appointed. These coordinators are employees of independent organizations who have been commissioned by the Senator for Labor, Social Affairs, Youth and Integration to provide neighborhood support for the LLQ areas.

Carola Schulz is responsible for networking, project development, and resident participation in the neighborhood. The project office is located in the new community center at Kapitän-Dallmann-Strasse 18. While it's helpful to call ahead, it's not required. In addition, appointments and meetings on-site are possible at any time.
