District: Osterholz, Tenever

An open place for children, young people, families and people from the neighborhood: The farm combines social work, education, encounters and nature experiences in a low-threshold, community-oriented framework.

In the mornings, the farm is used for school activities; in the afternoons, it's open to visitors. We keep and care for sheep, goats, rabbits, chickens, geese, and a tomcat on our farm. During school holidays, the opening hours and activities at the community farm differ from the usual daily schedule. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult supervisor.

For the animals' well-being, feeding times are scheduled. These are coordinated by the staff of the community farm and are documented on our weekly schedule (here on the website, on Facebook, and on the notice board at the farm). During these daily times, you have the opportunity to accompany the staff while they feed the animals and, under their supervision, to care for one or more of the animals. Feeding the animals on your own is strictly prohibited.
