Support for people with disabilities | Advice

We'll help you get your questions answered and offer free, no-obligation consultations. Together, we can discuss what kind of support you need and what financing options are available. We're happy to come to your home for the consultation.

To ensure your long-term care allowance continues to be paid, we offer so-called "care consultation visits" according to § 37.3 SGB XI. For care levels 2 and 3, these visits must take place once every six months; for care levels 4 and 5, they must take place quarterly.

This is our offer:

  • comprehensive advice on the topic of care
  • Mandatory regular home visits by a qualified nurse
  • Cooperation with your long-term care insurance fund

Do you want to know what benefits you are entitled to from long-term care insurance? The Federal Ministry of Health's long-term care benefits guide provides you with an initial overview.
