Since January 1, 2000, Performa Nord, as a municipal enterprise of the State of Bremen and as the state-owned company Performa Nord GmbH, has been setting standards in terms of customer orientation and service mentality.
Performa Nord provides personnel, administrative and service services to public administrations, public-law companies and private-law public-sector holding companies, foundations, institutions, associations and clubs.
Nationwide, more than 200 customers and their employees know that with Performa Nord they have chosen a modern service provider that implements all tasks competently, friendly, quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively with the highest legal certainty.
The institutions of the state and city of Bremen, as well as municipal administrations of other federal states, use the integrated personnel service with payroll accounting and personnel administration from a single source, processing of allowances and child benefits, occupational safety and health according to DGUV regulations, and the telephone citizen service in the nationwide 115 network.
Performa Nord was founded as a municipal enterprise of the State of Bremen as part of the "Reorganization of Task Performance in the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen" in order to promote a stronger service orientation of the Bremen administration.
In this sense, Performa Nord sees itself as a service provider to the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, whose long-term success depends on key guiding principles such as customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Please note: Visits are by appointment only. If you only need to submit a letter or application, it is not necessary to meet your caseworker in person. You can also deposit documents in the mailbox at the porter's lodge in the entrance area or, outside of our opening hours, in the mailbox to the left of the entrance to the main building at Schillerstraße 1.
