The Falcons Bremen District Association

The Socialist Youth of Germany – The Falcons is an independent and self-organized political and educational children's and youth association; our symbol is the red falcon, our greeting is "Friendship!".

Our association is part of the workers' youth movement and originated from the self-organization of young workers. For over 100 years, children and young people have represented their own rights and interests within our organization and fought for a different society.

Our goal is a society founded on freedom, equality, and solidarity. Capitalism, on the other hand, is based on the exploitation of man by man. That is why, as part of the international socialist movement, we fight together with our partners for a different, a socialist society.

Education and Politics – Together for Socialism

We see ourselves as an educational association by young people for young people. Democracy, participation, and self-organization are fundamental principles of our work. With us, young people can engage with their environment and their living conditions without coercion and develop ideas for a better world.

Our goal is for this to happen in a self-determined, equal, and independent manner, regardless of age, assigned gender, sexual orientation, origin, level of education, financial means, and in an equal way.

We understand the group as the foundation of our association's practice. Doing things yourself and experiencing them firsthand can empower children and young people to understand society and existing power structures. In this way, the contradictions of capitalist logic and its simultaneous breaking through by socialist practice can become tangible.

Our mission includes analyzing and critiquing the problems in our society, discussing ways to improve and overcome existing conditions, and implementing these solutions. We want to change this world and build a future where people, not profit, are what counts.

We travel a lot and therefore don't have regular office hours. You can always reach us on Mondays and Tuesdays; on the other days, we work flexibly. If no one answers, please leave us a message!
