To provide solidarity, advice, and support to victims of right-wing, racist, and anti-Semitic violence
soliport advises, supports and accompanies people who are harassed or attacked because of criteria such as appearance, origin, language, homelessness, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, poverty or emancipatory attitude.
This nationwide service is aimed at those directly affected, their social network, and witnesses of right-wing motivated violence. Those seeking advice are empowered to take action and experience practical solidarity. Their perspectives and needs are the focus. The service is free, confidential, and, if desired, anonymous.
Soliport's tasks also include developing empowerment and networking structures. Furthermore, soliport strives to raise public awareness of the causes and consequences of right-wing motivated violence and stands in solidarity with victims. To be able to proactively reach out to those affected, soliport welcomes reports of right-wing motivated attacks.
In addition to the funding from the federal program "Democracy Live!", soliport receives financial support from the Senator for Labour, Social Affairs, Youth and Integration.
Advice
No one may threaten or attack you based on criteria such as appearance, language, homelessness, religion, gender, or stance against racism and right-wing violence. All people have the right to freely develop their personality. If you are affected by right-wing motivated violence, you are entitled to support. You are not alone.
The soliport counselling center can help you if you have experienced right-wing, racist, or antisemitic violence in Bremen and Bremerhaven. Whether you are directly affected or someone in your circle has been.
Violence includes not only physical attacks, but also insults and threats. It is irrelevant whether the incidents are criminally relevant and reported to the police. Your perspective matters.
We offer free, confidential, and, if desired, anonymous advice, independent of the police, domestic intelligence services, and other authorities.
We can come to you wherever you need us to, or we can invite you to our premises. We offer advice, support, and guidance tailored to your needs.
