The SOS Children's Village Bremen currently serves people at 26 locations on both sides of the Weser River. 230 full-time staff members are supported in their work for young people and their families by 150 volunteers.
This statement – Our children's village is a city – is our promise to the families of this city. They can rely on the SOS Children's Village Bremen to be there for them the moment they need help and support, because we take responsibility for the young people and families in Bremen.
- We offer over 100 children, teenagers and young adults a second home, either permanently or temporarily.
- 130 children attend our nursery and kindergarten groups
- We provide support to over 330 students at Bremen primary schools
- …and we help many more families with our outpatient and semi-inpatient services, advice centers and in our neighborhood and family center KiDoZ.
