Therapeutic residential group for young women and men with mental health conditions
In a large apartment building in Bremen's Neustadt district, young people live together in three shared apartments. The building's location on the popular Pappelstraße offers a wide range of leisure activities, convenient access to numerous shops, and good public transport connections. Each resident has their own private room. Living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms are shared within the apartments.
The residential group team consists of four experienced staff members with pedagogical and therapeutic training. With their support, the young people learn to manage their daily lives, build a social network, and develop educational and vocational prospects. The support services are individually tailored to each young person and include individual counseling, group sessions, and – upon request – support for parents and families.
Regular meetings, individual and group therapy sessions, and self-discovery weekends are held for all residents of the group home.
