Social Psychiatric Counseling Center / Building 7
The social psychiatric counseling centers offer local advice, support, and assistance for people with mental illness and their families. In special situations, outreach services (including home visits or on-site consultations) are also provided.
The services offered by the Social Psychiatric Service include:
- the initiation of assistance and protective measures under the Mental Health Act
- Case management and assistance planning/assessment for integration assistance measures such as supported living and residential care
- Counseling for mentally ill or addicted people and their relatives
Opening hours
Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
The Crisis Intervention Service (KID) is available for emergencies on weekdays from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and on weekends and public holidays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.: 0421 800582-33
