District: Mitte

We are your local contact for crime prevention and victim support.

We help people who have become victims of crime and violence. Their families are also important to us. We do this as a non-profit and the only nationwide victim support organization with 3,200 volunteers in 420 local branches.

Victim support hotline 116 006

Nationwide. Free of charge. Anonymous.
A support service provided by WEISSER RING on behalf of the Federal Network Agency.
Anyone who has experienced a crime has the right to be heard and taken seriously. Our trained volunteer counselors on the Victim Helpline will listen to you if you need support after a crime or are calling on behalf of someone else.

Together with you, we will discuss ways to provide you with the best possible help and support. This can also be done anonymously if you prefer.

We collaborate with the local branches of the WEISSER RING (White Ring), which provide comprehensive, nationwide victim support services. If it seems helpful, we also refer victims to external counseling centers in the local area. Through its membership in the European umbrella organization Victim Support Europe, the WEISSER RING also maintains strong connections with victim support organizations in other countries.
