Preventive, strengthening pelvic floor exercises for women
This course is suitable for all women from around 40 years of age up to active seniors who want to strengthen this important muscle group. The pelvic floor, abdominal, and back muscles are trained. The exercises stretch and strengthen the connective tissue support system, the fascia, improve posture, enhance self-awareness, and support a satisfying sex life. The course is certified by the Central Testing Agency for Prevention and is subsidized by health insurance companies with regular attendance.
