For Blockdiek parents with their children (2 to 12 years old)
Saturdays, 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m
The Hans-Wendt Foundation, in cooperation with the AOK health insurance company, invites everyone to an open sports program every Saturday in the elementary school gymnasium. The program focuses on health promotion, fun activities such as swinging, climbing, balancing, and playing, as well as networking and exchange.
The service is free of charge and is aimed at fathers and mothers with children aged 2 to 12 years.
Registration is not required. It does not take place during school holidays.
The participants warm up together. Afterwards, there are games to choose from, followed by ample time for free play. Elements and movement exercises are incorporated throughout the session that can easily be used and/or replicated at home.
Please bring (adults + children):
- Sneakers, slippers or non-slip socks
- comfortable, sporty clothing
- something to drink
- Fun and enjoyment of movement
