Support for high-risk pregnancies on a psychological/emotional level

Integrating "old" fears and feelings from the family history that resurface and come into focus during pregnancy. Promoting bonding between mother/father and unborn baby during medical diagnostics, which often make connecting with the child difficult. Emotional preparation and support for pregnancies with uncertain outcomes or where the child's chances of survival after birth are potentially uncertain, as well as for major medical interventions immediately after birth due to prenatal diagnoses. In these cases, I also provide psychological support to the family during the hospital stay via telephone and online sessions, should the birth take place in a specialized clinic in another city. Following the birth, I offer follow-up sessions to process the hospital experience. For the baby, there is the option of gentle support immediately after discharge from the hospital using "Emotional First Aid" according to Thomas Harms, adapted to any remaining medical limitations.
