Skilled workers are urgently needed in industry and trade. With the "Environmental Trades is the Future" project, we enable you to access employment and/or training!
Almost all industrial and skilled trades are currently experiencing a shortage of qualified personnel, who are urgently needed, particularly for shaping a climate-neutral future. At the same time, many immigrants struggle to utilize their professional experience in these sectors on the job market because, for example, their prior qualifications are not recognized. With the "Environmental Craftsmanship is the Future" (UmZu) project, we aim to provide these individuals with access to employment and/or training in industrial and skilled trades.
Requirements for participation
You can participate in the qualification project…
- if you have already gained work experience in industrial and craft professions in your home country, but this is not sufficient for (partial) recognition in Germany.
- when you have reached language level B1.
- if you are interested in doing some manual work.
