• We will advise you on applications and benefit claims
• We can help you fill out applications, e.g., for long-term medication, reimbursement of travel expenses, exemption from co-payments, sick pay, maternity pay, household help, dental prosthetics, etc.
• We support you in drafting appeals against decisions

Every Monday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, we offer consultations in Persian/Dari, Urdu, and English. Consultations and assistance in other languages ​​are also possible by prior arrangement. We will arrange for translation assistance.
